There are Few steps mentioned below: 

Step 1

Select the file you want to embed.

Step 2

Open Google document from google application icon 

Or click on Doc icon from screen , these icon comes under Google Apps icon

Step 3 :

Google Doc Window will open 

Click on The file menu 

Then click on open file menu 

Open dialog box will open 

It will give you a option , choose from drive , shred with me,  Upload

 Choose the file 

In this example in selecting a PPT file from my desktop 

Step 6

Your select file will display in this box

Step 7 

1. Click on publish to web link 
2. Then a pop up box will open 
3. Click on Embed menu  

Step 8

1. select the window size
2.  Copy the link 
3. Open your web page of blogger site
4. Click on HTML
   

Paste on Blogger Page

Final your page is displayed
